Here is an amicus brief accompanying a motion filed today for permission to file an amicus brief. The brief addresses one reason contained in the Resolution Terminating the Big Sky IGA on April 9, 2019:
Big Sky did not have authority to enter into or create the Big Sky IGA, crowning Big Sky as the new “master meter” sanitation district for all of Rooney Valley.
