The time has come:
- after years of metro district abuse
- a compelling series of investigative articles from David Migoya, then of the Denver Post and
- a recent article in his new position with the Denver Gazette,
- as well as the personal experiences of Solterra and other Front Range resident victims of metro district abuse,
- the time has come for meaningful reform.
