One of the issues the Colorado legislature will consider next year is special district reform.
One of the proposed pieces of legislation will address accurate disclosures. The current proposal being considered by members of the legislature is authored by the special district development community. It has not been disclosed yet.
But here is one example of what one developer considers to be an accurate “disclosure” regarding special districts – annotated with critical observations which reveal that the “disclosure” is false and misleading.
