For the first time in 4 years, the Solterra Board has begun to explain the basis for their proposal to issue new expensive bond debt for the purpose of paying Brookfield more money without establishing that we owe them more money.

This discussion highlights the importance of open debate with questions and answers before making a decision about going into further debt to pay Brookfield more money without establishing through an independent audit that the money is owed.
This discussion also highlights the importance of restoring the residents’ right to vote on tax and bond debt.
We need your help to finalize the petition to recall the board. They refuse to return our right to vote voluntarily. Recall is the only option left.
